Switching to HDMI on a BenQ Monitor

A common problem with first time buyers have with our monitors is getting the input set correctly to HDMI.  Since the buttons on most of our monitors are contextual it is pretty easy to get yourself where you need to go. Here are some ways to change your monitor to HDMI on some of the more popular BenQ models.

- Press a button other than power to bring up the input selection on your RL2455.  You may have to press it twice – once to bring the monitor out of sleep, and a second time to bring up the input selection.

- Then you will simply press the button that indicates HDMI. RL2455HM.png

- Once you select that, the monitor should go black for a brief moment, and then come back up with your glorious PC/Xbox/PS4.

This can vary from model to model, so if you're having difficulties please feel free to contact us at 866.600.2367.  We would be more than happy to walk you through the process to get you up and running.
